I've installed VirtualBox v5.1.2 in Windows 8 pro x64 and created a "Oracle linux 6.4" virtual machine in it, and configured it through the virtual network editor to only use the "host-only" connection - this way, I'm able to connect to the Internet from both Windows 8 pro and Linux 6.4 vm's, but only by enabling the Host-Only adapter I created
